We currently take a make-to-order approach which means we need time to create your product specifically for you. In addition to the shipping time, there will also be processing time.
Average processing time: 2-5 business days
Canada post shipping estimate: 3-5 business days
We only ship to Canada, eh.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept return requests within 5 days of the delivery date. You are not entitled to a return/refund unless it falls under the accepted reasons:

Incorrect Item Sent – You received the wrong style, size, or colour.

Damaged or Defective Item – The item arrived with holes, stains, broken seams, or other quality issues.

Item Not as Described – The product didn’t match the description or photos on the website (e.g., different fabric, color discrepancy).
